At this stage, most of the organic chemical cleaning fluids commonly used in production lines are based on complexing agents, surfactants, caustic soda, ferric chloride solution, polyammonium sulfate and other components, and are partial alkaline aqueous solutions. The key to the actual effect of cleaning and deoiling is the concentration value, temperature of the cleaning solution and the cleaning time of the steel chain. Be sure to pay attention to the concentration value and temperature of the cleaning solution during the entire cleaning process. The concentration value of the cleaning solution is too low, and the oil stains on the surface of the sheet are not cleaned, which causes the defects of the chemical coating to be solved and harms the quality of the coating; if the concentration value is too high, the iron and aluminum contained in the galvanized steel sheet belong to the dual metal materials. The surface layer of zinc and aluminum in the aqueous solution is very easy to produce octanoate, which leads to more serious erosion, which will harm the actual effect of the organic chemical coating.

Organic chemical cleaners usually have surfactants, and there are differences in the best temperature for various surfactants to fully exert their efficiency. If the temperature is too high, the reliability of the surfactant will decrease, which will reduce the working ability of the cleaning fluid to remove oil stains; if the temperature is too low, the saponification reaction rate is relatively slow and the oil stains cannot be completely eliminated, which will cause more foam to harm the actual cleaning effect. In addition, if the temperature of the cleaning solution is too high, it will accelerate the erosion of the zinc and aluminum layers during the alternating aqueous solution.
