1. The bending edge is parallel to the rolling direction of the color steel coil, so it is easy to crack. Turn the bending direction 90 degrees.

2. There are too many 180 degree bending angles, which should be greater than the minimum bending radius. Generally, the bending radius is 1.5 times of the plate thickness.

3. Because of the material, some color steel coils are alloy, and their toughness is not as good as that of pure aluminum plates, and they are easy to crack.

4. The thickness of the plate is too thick, and the bending of 180 degrees exceeds the bending limit of the material.

The bending coefficient of color steel coil is regular, generally 0.8 times the thickness of aluminum plate, so when we choose tools, we usually choose sharp knives. If other knives are used, it may cause cracks or other problems due to various reasons.
